Here’s What Happened Before My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 10
In My Hero Academia Season 6 Episode 9, titled Katsuki Bakugo: Rising, Eraser Head cuts off his leg to stop the effects of the Quirk-Destroying Drug. Even after Eraser Head does that, Shigaraki gets to his face and slices one of his eyes. Then, Shoto comes in after he followed Deku and Bakugo. Eraser Head is down and Shigaraki tries to regenerate his own injuries. In the city, the evacuation team notices the wake of the destruction that Gigantomachia caused. As Shigaraki tries to start finishing off everyone, his body suddenly splits open, and the villain realizes that his process was cut off short when he woke up too early. Deku realizes what is going on, and just like that, he knows that Shigaraki’s body couldn’t handle the power of All For One. Deku unveils Nana Shimura’s Float, the quirk of the seventh user, and pairs it with Blackwhip as he takes on Shigaraki while rescuing the others. Deku and Shigaraki’s duel happens in the air while the other heroes fight on the ground, making Bakugo anxious. Bakugo remembers what All Might was saying about the One For All users’ mystery and he admitted that he bullies Deku because he could not understand what the hero is going through. As Deku unveils the full power of One For All to counter Shigaraki, Shoto and Bakugo shoot Endeavor into the air to finish with the Prominence Burn. While burning alive, All For One talks to Shigaraki. Because of that, he releases Rivet Stabs from inside which knocked off Endeavor. Seeing Rivet Stabs flying around, Bakugo saved Deku without hesitation. He pushed him aside, causing Bakugo to get stabbed instead of Deku.
